  • All products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty

  • Kinetic Autoworks does not offer or extend any additional warranties beyond those provided by the brand

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM

To initiate a warranty claim through Kinetic Autoworks:

  1. Contact our support team at support@kineticautoworks.com

  2. Include the following:

    • Your full name and order number

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • Photos or videos of the defect

    • Proof of purchase

We will review your submission and work with the manufacturer to determine the appropriate next steps. This may include product return, inspection, or replacement depending on the specific brand’s process.



PROCESSING TIME

  • Warranty resolutions are subject to the manufacturer’s timelines and approval process

  • Some claims may require product testing or return before approval is granted

  • We cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for completion, but we will provide updates as we receive them



SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item, unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it

  • Replacement items may also be subject to shipping fees depending on the outcome of the claim



WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Warranty claims may be denied if:

  • The product was misused, modified, improperly installed, or damaged by the customer

  • There is no valid proof of purchase

  • The claim falls outside of the manufacturer’s warranty period
