Thank you for choosing Kinetic Autoworks. We’re proud to offer high-quality performance parts for late model vehicles and are committed to ensuring a smooth experience from purchase to installation. Please review the policies below regarding returns, warranties, special orders, and shipment issues.
RETURNS
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

Items must be new, unused, and in re-sellable condition

Must include all original packaging, hardware, and documentation

Return requests are subject to approval
Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be clearly labeled on your return shipment. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

Returns made within 10 days of delivery: no restocking fee

Returns made after 10 days: subject to a 5% restocking fee

Returns missing proper packaging: subject to a $10 repackaging fee

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and packages must be insured—any loss or damage during return transit must be claimed by the customer

WARRANTY INFORMATION
All products sold by Kinetic Autoworks are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty only. We do not offer warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Claims must be approved by the manufacturer before any credit or replacement is issued

We will assist in facilitating warranty claims, but final approval and coverage is determined by the manufacturer

Return shipping for warranty claims is the responsibility of the customer, unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it
REFUSED OR NON-DELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused or returned due to non-delivery:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and the cost to re-ship the order
This includes scenarios where the carrier cannot deliver the package after multiple attempts.
DAMAGE CLAIMS & SHIPMENT SHORTAGES
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Any damage or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery

Keep all original packaging and take detailed photos of the product and packaging

For LTL shipments, note any damages on the Bill of Lading at delivery
-
We will assist in the claims process, but the customer must initiate the claim with the carrier
Failure to retain packaging may result in denial of a damage claim.
OFF-ROAD USE AND EMISSIONS COMPLIANCE
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by Kinetic Autoworks are intended for race or off-road use only. It is the customer's responsibility to verify:

Whether the product is legal for use on public roads

Local, state, and federal emissions compliance
We do our best to provide this information where possible, but the end-user is responsible for ensuring legal compliance.
