Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, we’ll do our best to accommodate—within the guidelines outlined below.



CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • The item is not a Special Order or custom-built product

  • The item has not already been packed, shipped, or prepared for fulfillment

  • The cancellation request is submitted promptly after purchase

Once an order has entered the shipping process, it may no longer be canceled and will instead fall under our return policy.



SPECIAL ORDER AND FINAL SALE ITEMS

Please note:

  • Special Order items cannot be canceled once placed

  • Custom, made-to-order, or final sale items are also non-cancellable

These items are sourced specifically per customer request and begin processing immediately after purchase.



REFUND PROCESSING

If your cancellation is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution

If the order has already been processed or shipped, standard return policies and fees may apply instead.



HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

To request a cancellation, email us at support@kineticautoworks.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The reason for cancellation

We’ll confirm the status of your order and let you know if it’s eligible for cancellation.



ALREADY SHIPPED?

If your order has already left our facility or the supplier’s warehouse, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return (if eligible) once the item has been received.
