Processing times may vary depending on inventory location, order volume, or product type

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day
Note: Some products ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. You may receive your order in multiple shipments.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship within the continental United States. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations, please contact us directly before ordering to confirm availability and pricing.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Kinetic Autoworks is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or fees resulting from:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Missed delivery attempts

Unclaimed shipments returned by the carrier
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, reshipping fees will apply.
FREIGHT & OVERSIZED SHIPMENTS
Some products (e.g., body kits, hoods, large exhaust systems) require LTL freight shipping. These shipments:

Will be delivered curbside and require a signature

Should be inspected upon delivery—please note any damage on the Bill of Lading before signing
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete:

Report it to us within 24 hours of delivery

Take photos of all damage and retain packaging

We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and finding a resolution.
MADE TO ORDER & SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS
Products designated as Special Order or Made-to-Order may have extended lead times. These will be noted on the product page or communicated after purchase. These items are not eligible for cancellation or return once production begins.
