Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes the wrong part gets ordered or plans change—we’re here to help make it right.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS

All exchange requests must be approved by Kinetic Autoworks. We handle each request individually to ensure a smooth process and proper part selection.

  • Approval is required prior to any exchange being processed

  • Kinetic Autoworks reserves the right to deny any exchange request at our sole discretion

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and the part you wish to receive in place of the original.



WAIVED FEES ON QUALIFYING EXCHANGES

If your exchange is approved, and you choose to receive an item of equal or greater value, we will waive any applicable restocking or return fees.

  • If the replacement item is greater in value, the difference must be paid in full before processing can begin

  • If the item is lower in value, a refund of the difference will not be issued and a return may be more appropriate



AVAILABILITY MATTERS

To avoid delays, customers should confirm that the desired replacement item is marked as “In Stock” at the time of the exchange request.

  • Choosing in-stock items ensures faster turnaround times

  • We are not able to hold backorders or offer guaranteed timelines for out-of-stock items



ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

  • Exchange items must still meet the same condition requirements as standard returns: new, unused, and in original packaging

  • If an exchange is not approved or applicable, the return policy will apply instead
